ARCT has been involved in several  projects through the years for the refurbishing of public spaces in existing apartment buildings. Some projects were in conjunction with the condominium conversion of the buildings, some were for existing cooperatives and condominiums and others for the landlord's of rental buildings. We have included photographs of the conditions prior to renovation for many of the projects.
